Corinne Rufli has been researching and teaching lesbian history in Switzerland for 20 years. In 2015, she published the book “Seit dieser Nacht war ich wie verzaubert” with portraits of women over seventy who love women. 2020 “Role model and prejudice. Lesbian top athletes tell their stories.” She is currently doing her doctorate at the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies (IZFG) at the University of Bern with an oral history study on women-loving women over eighty in Switzerland. Rufli is co-head of the study commissioned by Parliament to investigate the injustice done to homosexuals in the Swiss army (1942-2020). She also leads lesbian walks through Zurich and is involved in the platform www.l-wiki.ch on the history of lesbians in Switzerland.
